Refugee 7 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 What do you need to let go of?
conmae 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 I had a special necklace taken from my bedroom recently. Of course none of the teenagers that frequent this place own up to it. I know it is only a 'material' item but it held a lot of sentimental value to me & I'm working on 'letting it go' so I don't ruin relationships we are still trying to build. AngelDream 16 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 Cigarettes. I've been smoking since I was 16 and I need to let them go. I keep thinking of all the money I'd save, but my body thinks otherwise, it is just soo hard to put them down.

AmyLou 5 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 Worrying too much about Mitch. Everything he has done and said shows me that he can handle himself. It's a hard habit to break but I'm getting there!
surfnburn 5 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 Nothing at the moment. I've already let it all go..lol. I've had an ex husband, illness, grief.... I let it go a long time ago and replaced it with something else....
Echosoftom 3 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 CRAP!! I need to get serious about getting rid of some of this crap in my house. A cluttered home means a cluttered mind. It's true, lol.
Refugee 7 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 Being annoyed by certain folks. They are the ones that keep shooting themselves in the foot, I'm not pulling the trigger. Move on!
WildflowerNJ 136 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 Sharon, me, too....I am going through drawers and things now...I just have too much stuff! When we first moved to this little house, I had a few things from my parent's home and my grandmother's. But I would go to tag sales...estate sales and buy things. I have got alot of great deals (Fire King dinner ware for $20...plates, bowls, cups and saucers among other things) but I am now editing.....
LizzieB 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 I've got a few bad habits that should go, but I'm going to go with Sharon's answer. I wish I had the initiative to get rid of all the crap in my house. But it stays behind the closed doors and on the shelves out of the way where I can continue to ignore it....
Amber 70 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 You guys need a husband like mine. He figures if you haven't used it in a year, you do not need it. We do clean stuff out often. It does accumulate in a hurry! I guess I need to let go of resentment against a certain person I used to work with who was my friend to my face and stabbed me in the back later(not a farmer or petty fan). I have finally managed to somewhat forgive, but can't let it go all the way. I do not have any serious vices left....had to give all the fun stuff! No really....quit smoking years ago. Drink wine/mixed drink one in a while. Other than some fried food occasionally....I'm pretty good most of the time.
Beamish 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2010 I'm on board with Sharon, but as soon as I get rid of things, a situation comes up that I need the jettisoned item(s) for. Figures...
