Question of the Day - 10/18/10

If it's something I'm really nervous about, I'll exercise. If it's something that has me very annoyed, I'll go out and do something fun to distract myself, or just chill with conversation and an adult beverage.

There's usually a cause of the stress. I try to work out the issue; that puts me at ease. Sometimes I'm stressed because I'm always multitasking; (I do it at work all day and I bring it home with me.) It helps to focus on one thing, like an iPhone game.
