1. Which specific features or columns of the newspaper do you always read? - I don't read the newspaper very much anymore. I always read Editorials, Entertainment, Comics and Obits.

4. Which television commercial do you like seeing these days? - I LOVE that Kia Commercial with the hamsters. That Black Sheep song is perfect! My other favorite is the Geico commercial with the little piggy that went "wee,wee,wee" all the way home...Hilarious!!!

5. What are you tired of seeing on television? - Stupid reality TV shows! AND, all the politician bashing commercials. UGH!!!!

6. What cheesy sitcom (from any era) do you most identify with? - Alice! I know it was cheesy but I always LOVED that show!!! She was a single Mom with a son like me.

I am pretty much done with my Christmas shopping..I do it all year. If I see things I know a friend or family member would love, I get it. But I still like to look around Christmas for things, too. I will spend the same..

I read a local columnist that tells the goings-on around town, entertainment, health and cooking on Wednesdays and of course Dear Abby.

Gift cards or cash for the kids and that's about it. I'll spend the same.

Definitely Aunt Bee! I love southern cooking. After my mom died we had a cook and she cooked like I would think Aunt Bee did.

Like Marcia said, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and, she made hush puppies. Ha! Certainly don't eat like that anymore on a regular basis!

Fox "news". Now, with my own place, it's banned. LOL

I don't read the newspaper but sometimes I'll skim through it at work in the break room if someone leaves it. I'll glance through the local stuff, Dear Abby, entertainment section, and sometime the classified ads.

I have already gotten a few things. I'll probably pick up some more things in the next month or so. We have all agreed to spend less.

5. What are you tired of seeing on television? - The political campaign ads. Enough already!!! :095: The Viagra and Cialis commercials. The feminine protection ads. Most of the reality shows. Faux News and take Nancy Grace, Bill O'Reilly and that whole lot with you.
