Homemade ginger tea for upset an tummy or "off balance" digestive system. I found it in a book...but used to also get Vernor's Ginger Ale as a kid - it does the same thing. Ginger tea works every time. 2. Do you ever use sugar or salt substitutes? If so, which brand names do you use? I've tried some sugar substitutes - ick! 3. A gel called "Bigeloil" which soothes pain from strained mucles, cools and reduces swelling caused by minor arthritis and treats sore knees, tendons and temporary injuries....got it from my mom. 2. Do you ever use sugar or salt substitutes? If so, which brand names do you use? No. 3. How often do you go shopping just to window shop, with no intention of actually buying anything? Not very often. But did when I went to Nashville, LRED and I did alot. 4. How often in those shopping trips do you actually end up buying something anyway, whether you needed it or not? My oral surgeon told me about it and it works. 2. Do you ever use sugar or salt substitutes? If so, which brand names do you use? - Yes, always. For salt, I use the original Mrs. Dash, for sugar, I use Splenda. 3. How often do you go shopping just to window shop, with no intention of actually buying anything? - I don't like to shop, period, so I don't do this very often. 4. How often in those shopping trips do you actually end up buying something anyway, whether you needed it or not? - If I do buy something, it's usually for the husband or daughters. 5.
