A Teddy bear hands down. I had a ton of teddy's and I would take them in turns to put them in my toy crib, toy stroller for walks etc. My nanny used to knit clothes for them. Sometimes she'd knit matching sweaters for me and Teddy.

I had a very vivid imagination and was very good at playing by myself, I didn't mind it at all. My brother was 8 years older so he never played with me. I always had lots of friends coming over though, so I played with other kids too.

I'm not sure, I pretty much loved any story that was being read to me, my nanny used to make up stories that would continue the next night and the next etc.

4. What was your favorite game to play at recess while in elementary school?

Hmm, maybe skipping.

I actually shared pretty well, but you know, always there was this vague worry that the kid would never give me my toy back and I was so fond of all my toys that it was a genuine worry for me - poor little kid.

1. As a child, what was your favorite toy?

Ah, Kianna, I loved my Hobie skateboard but I was a little older when I got that. Remember going into the surf shop thinking I could just buy the whole thing...had to pick the wheels, the trucks...the type of board....but I loved it and still have it (used it a few years ago when they were paving the roads across our street.) As a child, I am going to say my pink bear...

2. Were you more likely to play by yourself, with siblings, or with other children?

My sister is 6 years older than me so we didn't really play together....had friends but I also loved to be by myself in that teepee my Dad made for me :heart:

3. What was your favorite children's story?

My Mom was always telling us stories....of her growing up in Germany....her times in NYC. I loved them more than any book...

Jump rope

Very well....I would give away alot of my things much to the dismay of my Mom, lol..
