Running Man's Bible

Recommended Posts

I'm pretty sure Tom's Buried Treasure Sessions had a lot of influence on the new album. I can clearly hear the Animals and the Stones in "Running Man's Bible".

I'm really excited for the album to come out, for what I can hear from the mp3s, Ryan Ulyate has done an impressive job on engineering - again!

Pretty sweet tune. I'm pretty sure Tom is playin most of the lead guitar on this. It's too simplistic and asymetrical to be Mike. Plus that rhythm guitar partsounds like it would be hard to play while singin. What da yall think?

I thought the exact same thing when I listened to it, it sounds a lot like Tom, I honestly hope it was him 'cause I think it's really cool that he can also play a little lead sometimes, and I like his playing, I think it's really soulful ...

Also the song is amazing!

The more I listen to this song, the more I love it. The lyrics are ok but it's the music that really grooves me and touches my soul. I can listen to it over and over again. :)

^ Oh wow, I just LOVE the lyrics!

I can hear what Night Driver is saying about The Animals influence, too, especially in the keyboards. I think this one is my favorite now. I can't stop listening to it!!!

These songs definitely grow on you.....as you listen to the lyrics over and over, you catch stuff you missed the first time. Some pretty deep stuff in there.
