Itchy eyes, sometimes a little congestion, nothing I can't live with.

I will use Zicam swabs if I'm going to see a client - I can't mess with my eyes or nose during a massage - but otherwise, I live with it. It's such a short lived allergy season.

I've heard stories of people being allergic to their spouses... lol

I think they're just insensitive, but damn - strong perfume gives me a wicked headache, and I wish they'd stop selling the stuff!

Yes, I am allergic to pollen, dust, some foods, cigarette smoke, etc.

I don't guess it is an actual allergy, but I get migraines sometimes when the barometric pressure or a weather front moves through.

I cannot stay around them, because I will get a migraine and get sick on my stomach.

Seasonal allergies to pollen and year round to mold and house dust mites. I'm allergic to some foods, supposedly, but that has never bothered me.

Post-nasal drip, mostly. Sneezing, stuffy head, headache, itchy eyes occasionally.

People allergic to shrimp that have to go to the emergency room when their throats swell shut.

1. Do you experience any seasonal allergies? Are you allergic to anything else? - I experience year round allergies. I'm allergic to just about every weed, flower, tree and grass grown on this green earth. Also, feathers, dust mites, certain foods, and certain soaps, lotions and laundry soap.

What kinds of symptoms do you experience during your allergic reactions? - Stuffed up sinuses, repeated sinus infections, itchy eyes, an annoying little cough, then my asthma flares up, migraines follow, sometimes when it's really bad, my throat starts to close up and I must be taken to the ER. Once in a blue moon, hives.

4. What is the strangest allergy you've ever heard of? - Women who are allergic to their significant other's semen.

5. How do you feel about people who wear strong perfumes, and or colognes? - Take a proper bath or shower and you wouldn't need perfumes or colognes. A scent here and there is okay, but for those who feel the overwhelming urge to bathe in it, I bet you wouldn't feel that way if you got sued for causing a severe asthma or allergy attack.

2. What kinds of symptoms do you experience during your allergic reactions? - I get a rash when I take codeine. With latex, I had a rash then, watery eyes and wheezing. That doesn't happen anymore since they got rid of those powdered gloves.

I'm allergic to a lot of antibiotics, dextromethorophan (sp?), some red food colorings, and possibly yellow food colorings. I'm beginning to think Paul Phiffer (from The Wonder Years) and I weren't separated at birth, lol.

Hives, hives, and more hives

5. How do you feel about people who wear strong perfumes, and or colognes? I can't stand the strong smell. My mom used to wear strong perfumes and I told her not to around me. She soon stopped after her first grandchild was born. And I absolutely hate that "cotton-blossom" smell, no matter how strong or weak it is!
