1. How did you ring in the New Year? - At my sisters house. We had a New Years Eve party! It was a full house and so much fun! I am stuffed and exhausted. :003:

2. How do you wish you were able to ring in the New Year? - I wouldn't mind being on a cruise but only if my whole family were there.

3. Do you have any traditions that you observe on New Year's Day intended to bring you luck for the upcoming year? - I don't know about the bringing you luck part but we sometimes have a traditional New Years dinner with family.

4. Do you make resolutions? Do you try to keep them? - I don't even try anymore.

5. Do you know the words to Auld Lang Syne? - Yep, pretty much.

1. How did you ring in the New Year? I went to a neighborhood party.

2. How do you wish you were able to ring in the New Year? Hmmm. I think I'd enjoy going on a cruise with Sharon's family!

3. Do you have any traditions that you observe on New Year's Day intended to bring you luck for the upcoming year? My husband's family thinks eating pork on New Year's Day is good luck, so I make some kind of pork for dinner - but I don't eat it, which might explain 2009.

4. Do you make resolutions? Do you try to keep them? I make a few and usually break them within the first few weeks - although last year I did resolve to finish massage school, and I did it. :)

5. Do you know the words to Auld Lang Syne? Yep!

1. How did you ring in the New Year?

I shared a bottle of champagne and some bread and butter with a layer of shrimps with my mother.

2. How do you wish you were able to ring in the New Year?

I wish I could have been with my father, which was the original plan.

Now, don't misunderstand me, I love my mother, but it's not funny being ill on New Years Eve.

3. Do you have any traditions that you observe on New Year's Day intended to bring you luck for the upcoming year?

Perhaps jumping down from a chair at midnight...

4. Do you make resolutions? Do you try to keep them?

No.

5. Do you know the words to Auld Lang Syne?

No.
