1. Describe your education: .I have my associate degree in Nursing and a bachelors of science in Health administration.

2. What's the last class you attended? - A Neonatal Resusciation renewal class.

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience? - I think a little of both goes a long way.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about? - I'd love to learn about Criminal forensics. I find that stuff fascinating.

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back? - I always choose the back in case I happen to doze off, lol.

2. What's the last class you attended? - After college I went back and the last class I took was a History class about the Civil War. After reading Sharon's answer, I realized I've taken classes for my CEUs in nursing. The last was about Diabetes.

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience? - I think they are equally important.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about? - I love History and Mythology.

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back? - in the middle

1. Describe your education: I didn't finish college. I did go back to school recently and am now a certified massage therapist.

2. What's the last class you attended? I'm about to start my third week of hospice training. Our most recent class covered funerals - a funeral home director came in and spoke for a while, then answered our questions. It was surprisingly fascinating.

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience? Both are important, but life experience might have the edge.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about? Massage! I'm looking forward to taking continuing ed classes, there's a lot to learn.

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back? Depends on the class, but I'm generally up front - fewer distractions.

1. Describe your education:

I learned about art, drama, and seeing the beauty in things from my Mom I was a Fine Arts Major in our local college but dropped out to go spend 4 months in Mexico with my boyfriend and the warmer waves. That in itself taught me so much, too..

2. What's the last class you attended?

A couple of years ago, I took piano lessons. We had a baby grand and I wanted to learn to play it better...

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience?

I think both are needed..

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about?

Wow, I can think of so many now! Art of any kind.....animals and their environment....history of the Kings and Queens of England...

Yeah, somewhere in between..

Astronomy, Veterinary Medicine, too....I adore animals!

I like the back...so I can make a quick getaway. lol

College. RN, BSN in Obstetrics (Sweden)

2. What's the last class you attended?

NRP

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience?

A combinaltion. Classroom first so everyine can ask questions and then life experience on the floor, to return to classroom for the rest of the questions.

If you mean life experience -just finding out the hard way- yes, then I choose that option. In real life (not education) there's nothing like experience.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about?

Astronomy and music.

The back.

Stone Age Associates Degree in Commercial Art, otherwise on the job training (bookkeeping), semi private lessons (oil painting), and spurred by intellectual curiosity (everything else)

painting lessons, seems like forever ago

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience?

classroom learning, or some kind of formal training can save you from a lot of bruising when learning from the 'school of hard knocks.'

On the other hand, no amount of 'book learning' can replace real life experience.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about?

modern graphic arts (see above)

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back?

Doesn't matter.

1. Describe your education: Well, my ex would say I had too much education..lol I have a masters in business.

2. What's the last class you attended? I'm taking online pharmacology and writing classes now.

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience? Both are important. And one influences the other. You learn a lot more, faster in the classroom, but applying that learning to real life gives it relevance.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about? I'd love to just take art-extension classes at UC.

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back? My sight is really bad; I'd try to stay close to the front.

2. What's the last class you attended? - A work-related training class about the product I used to document.

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience? - Both are important.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about? - History. It's always been my worst subject.

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back? - I always preferred the back row.

*** Life experience, especially in the special education field.

*** I'd finish the sign language interpreter's course.

*** I always sit in the back.

2. What's the last class you attended?- English Comp. 3.

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience?-Bit of both.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about?-Neuroscience. Going to try and minor in it.

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back?-Depends on the class. Lectures: back. Smaller classes: front/middle.

2. What's the last class you attended? It must have been this commercial school...

3. What do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience? Real life.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about? German or maths.

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back? In the back. I can't focus if things come way too close to my eyes. It's easier to hide in the back, too.

1. Describe your education: - Went to Cal State Fullerton, but didn't finish.

2. What's the last class you attended? - Supervisor and Manager class about Terrorism, mandatory class for VAFB.

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience? - Real life experience. Book learning is totally useless unless you can apply what you read to real life experiences. I've seen too many book smart people who have absolutely no common sense. Useless creatures.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about? - Pharmacology, although some think I know too much, lol.

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back? - If I want to learn, I need to be up front, I can't be distracted.

B.S. in Liberal Arts with a major in English. Couple of classes towards a Masters in Creative Writing I didn't finish.

2. What's the last class you attended?

A sales course.

3. Which do you think is more critical: classroom learning or real life experience?

They're equally important and enhance & balance each other.

4. If given the chance, what subject would you like to learn more about?

These days? More about building & running websites. Ask again tomorrow and that will probably change :)

5. Given the choice, would you sit in the front of a classroom or in the back?

Middle to back. I like to see everything that's going on in the classroom and you can't do that sitting in the front row.

I always sat in the back so I could watch the class clowns at work.
