For a follow up ultra sound a few months ago.. 3. Ever broken a bone? No... 4. Ever had surgery? Yes, female stuff... 5. When is the last time you were in a hospital? Ever broken a bone? no 4. Ever had surgery? A few laproscopic procedures for infertility treatments. 5. When is the last time you were in a hospital? Last week-my husband was admitted for 2 days. (It finally stopped) 3. Ever broken a bone? My horse kikced off my wrist once. It wasn't his fault. He was scared stiff by a now EX friend of mine who had broken his spirit and made him jumpy. (He is now back to notmal) [which SHE will never be :mad:] 4. Ever had surgery? Polyps in my throat at 7. 5. When is the last time you were in a hospital? I'm there daily. I work in one. I had an appointment at my old work place. It was like going home...lol 3. Ever broken a bone? No, knock wood. 4. Ever had surgery? Yes.. pregnancy related stuff, etc. 5. I broke my left wrist last year. Lesson learned: no rollerskates for me! 4. Ever had surgery? 2 c-sections 5. When is the last time you were in a hospital? No, but I have chipped my tibia several times! 4. Ever had surgery? Only once, to remove all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth. 5. When is the last time you were in a hospital? When is the last time you went to the doctor? - Last month to get some prescription nonsense straightened out. 3. Ever broken a bone? - Yes 4. Ever had surgery? - Yes, a few. 5. I haven't been since ... um... I think I'm due for my annual exam. Oops. 3. Ever broken a bone? Yes, I broke my right tibia and fibula falling down the stairs. 4. Ever had surgery? Yes, to have a rod inserted into the aforementioned tibia, and I had a radical left nephrectomy. 5. When is the last time you were in a hospital? About a month ago. 3. Ever broken a bone? Yes, twice, my right leg... ouch! 4. Ever had surgery? Nope. 5. When is the last time you were in a hospital?
