The massive summertime crowds of 2008 influenced this year's setup, leading to the addition of more free water stations and misting tents. Tickets go on sale April 3 via the festival's website, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the city's Quality Community Foundation, a non-profit that provides services to area residents in need.
