Thursday Thought: What Five Minutes Can Mean to You

Recommended Posts

Saving just 5 minutes a day on one task is equal to:

5 minutes a day = 35 minutes a week = 140 minutes a month (2 hours and 20 minutes a month)

This also equates to 28 hours every year! That’s more than an entire day!

What task do you currently do that you could either do faster or perhaps not at all which could save you just 5 minutes a day? Maybe it’s something you don’t like to do anyway….answering and filtering email, sending out press releases, answering your own phone….Or maybe it’s a household task that you do everyday without having a concrete system in place to make it faster or more efficient?

What could you trim from your daily schedule to save those 5 minutes a day? And what would you do with all of that extra time each year?

I put everyones vitamins out everyday. If I didn't they wouldn't bother to take them. It annoys me to no end, though if I had that time I'd probably just waste it on the computer.

Actually, that's exactly what I've been thinkin' Ref!! About a year ago I decided I have free time that I waste and Time is just going by so I might as well learn how to play guitar.

Then I thought I could push it further and now I'm back in school thinkin' what the hell was I thinkin'
