The Boxmasters will be performing at the18th Annual Animal Rescue Foundation's (ARF) fundraiser on Saturday, January 10th at the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek, CA. The Stars to the Rescue XVIII gala, hosted by Tony La Russa, manager of the 2006 World Series champion St. Louis Cardinals, will also include performances by Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock of Air Supply, Tony Orlando, comedian Will Durst, and others. Tickets are on sale now and expected to sell out quickly! Tickets are priced at $300, $100 and $50 and are available today for purchase by calling 925-943-SHOW. The Boxmasters recently released their first holiday CD, Christmas Cheer, to critical acclaim and will be releasing their third recording, Modbilly - a 2-CD setApril 21st, on Sawmill/Vanguard Records. Animal Rescue Foundation saves the lives of loving dogs and cats that have run out of time at public shelters and gives another chance at life to dogs and cats that otherwise would be killed. ARF provides the care and attention they need, including spay or neuter surgery, until ARF finds them a new home of their own. The organization's People Connect programs strengthen the human animal bond for the elderly, residents of assisted living centers, teens at juvenile hall, high school students, grade school students and young children through programs that are national models of excellence.
