angelic_22 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2008 Same as LizzieB and Wildflower15..... I have a pet peeve though - DirecTV removed the over the air tuner from their latest DVRs so when I 'upgraded' to their new equipment I lost over the air digital reception on one of my receivers. DirecTV doesn't carry all the digital sub channels here in LA (we have a lot and the public TV stations run a lot of music programming). I should check to see if DirecTV ever started selling that add on unit yet.

LizzieB 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2008 From www.dtv.gov: Cable subscribers may need new DTV equipment to view DTV programming in digital format. You should ask your cable provider what you will need and when.
