Today’s the day to honor veterans

For hundreds of men and women who have served in the country’s armed services, today is when the country collectively takes pause to say thank you.

Thanks to all the vets !!! All the more reason to make sure "our country" is always worth fighting for !! I hate it when politicians, and corrupt government workers 'dirty' the name of the United States. I wish we had a more severe punishment for those that do.

Spent a while crying about my Daddy who died last year. He was a Navy-Air WWII veteran. At his funeral there was a flyover in a classic Navy fighter and a 21 gun salute. A true hero.....
