Refugee 7 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 Who are you always waiting on to leave the house? Are you the guilty one? Or is it someone else?

conmae 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 My daughter...she was born in the south and I swear it is in her blood to move slow.
Starfish 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 I am nearly always ready first, I'm really anal about being on time. My middle child has a completely different concept of time, he's generally the one holding us up.
WildflowerNJ 136 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 I am pretty much always on time....if I go somewhere with my sister, I have to hurry her along, lol....
Ladywiz 4 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 Our family was discussing this yesterday...all three of us are compulsive about punctuality. However we have a dear friend who has no concept of "on time!" I think it is so rude (and a bit of a power trip) to keep people waiting.
Magnolia 171 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 I'm usually touching up makeup or combing my hair till the last second. But I usually get out just in the nick of time.
DCAHNM 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 It's usually a three-way tie among me and my 2 daughters. My oldest (6 years old) usually has to argue with me about hair, or clothes. Or, if she isn't the culprit, my 2 year old doesn't want to get out of bed. They learn from the ultimate procrastinator--me.
Pettyjunkie 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 My parents are usually the one I'm waiting on, but they occasionally wait on me. I tell my parents sometimes an important event is a half an hour earlier than it really is just so they get there on time. lol
kira 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 I contantly wait on Barf Boy. I've learned not to go to the car until he starts for it. Otherwise, in summer, I sit in the heat.
AmyLou 5 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 It's usually me, I'm the one who has to make sure everyone else gets out, then run around and turn off all the lights, the TV, put the dogs away etc... because HEAVEN FORBID someone else would think to do that stuff... Forever Pettys Girl 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2008 My husband. He waits until the last minute to get ready. He's also kind of a "pretty boy" so he takes even longer than most guys. Sometimes he really pisses me off.
