Refugee 7 Report post Posted September 24, 2008 Bob Dylan is to give the proceeds from his upcoming Canadian concerts to charity. The singer will hand over a portion of the profits from his seven dates in the North American country to the Raise a Reader campaign, which aims to improve literacy.
