Refugee 7 Report post Posted June 13, 2008 The Foo Fighters are set to hit the big screen - they are releasing footage from their recent gigs at the U.K.'s Wembley Stadium throughout a chain of British cinemas. The rockers played two gigs at the London stadium on June 6-7, and were joined on-stage at their final date by veteran Led Zeppelin musicians Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones. And the group were so pleased with the shows, they want to share the experience with cinemagoers - screening the performances at 50 Vue cinemas across the U.K. later this month. A representative for the rockers says, "These Wembley shows have been the most incredible experience of the band's entire career. "They've never played bigger or better for a more insanely huge and appreciative crowd. It was an unforgettable occasion for everyone onstage and off."
