Starfish 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 I love my car and I do allow my husband and my older son to drive it (younger son rarely, lol). It feels weird to hand those keys over to someone else, but it is just a car and it can be replaced if anything happens.
Dynabeat Tim 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 I get queezy when I have to let me wife drive it ( LOL ), its paid for, and I don;t know what we would do if something happened. My wife is a good driver, I'm just funny about that. Because its a van, I have let some of the band members pull it up to the gig to load up, so I guess I'm ok with something like that. My mother in law has used it ( you never upset the mother in law !! ).

AmyLou 5 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 Doesn't happen often - but if relatives are in town I don't mind a bit, I like them to see what a great car it is (esp. the TPaTH decal!)

conmae 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 Nobody has ever really wanted to...just a mini van, take it..although it is the only means of transporting Grif as he has a special seat in it and his chair is in the back, so maybe I should be a little protective of it. Doxiejoe 1 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 Nope, don't like it. It has to be some kind of emergency for me to allow that.
wild1forever 152 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 Husband and daughter only. When I was younger, my dad was always adamant about NEVER letting others drive my car. Of course, I didn't listen, and Steve very nearly totaled my car after I'd only had it for three weeks. I sure learned my lesson from then on, lol. surfnburn 5 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 I'd only let someone drive it in an emergency. It's a manual; I don't want someone messing with my clutch.

Beamish 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 I drive someone else's car at one of my jobs, so if I trusted the person's driving skills it wouldn't be a huge deal for me.
