LizzieB 0 Report post Posted December 8, 2011 Well, the clutch went out, which blows. I only have 38k. Last time I had a standard, it had 80k before it needed a clutch! And the damn dealership said I'd probably need a new fly wheel, too. At a cost of $1100. Pffffft! I don't think so. I took it to the mechanic down the street that's been working on Brent's Mercedes for several years. If they tell me I need a fly wheel, then I'll believe it. I trust them more than the dealership!
