I have this in a binder, but it's also in the photo forum here (I made a comment about him standing behind that plant!). I think the article was based on Southern Accents, but he might've been getting ready to tour with Dylan. It could easily be 'Pack Up The Plantation' related, also. She talked about being pregnant with Steven Tyler's baby (Liv), but was with Todd somewhere, and they met up with Tom, and he said, 'Bebe, you look radiant!' This could be the photo of that event.
