I Love.....

Recommended Posts

Sharon, that is fantastic! Good for you! Don't you feel better!? You know.. I don't have a day to celebrate... because when I quit, I social smoke for a bit, etc.. But I know it's been like around 4 years now. People always told me I would still get cravings.. but, I can honestly say... in those four years, I maybe have had 2 or 3 times where I really wanted one. But, I quickly put it out of my head and luckily it passed.

I am so happy for you! Keep it up!

Thank you, everybody!

Patty, I do feel SO much better. I don't know what made me start back after I quit the first time for about five years. I just know I was very unhappy about it. This time feels a bit different though. After about the first couple of months, the cravings subsided and like you described, I rarely think about it and when I do, I push it right out of my head. I'm a much happier woman!
