Clean and wipe down everything downstairs. The pipe backed up yesterday and flooded it a bit. We have industrial fans going right now and have been since it happened. It's pretty dry but everything needs to be cleaned. Good job to do I guess while it's raining.

This is a crazy week with the Houston International Festival over two weekends and 3 concerts in between. I love it!!

Technically it is Thursday, so I'll say today I need to go to work. Over lunch I have to get the glass on my iPhone fixed. I dropped and shattered it. Then Dawes tonight. :b55:

Tonight, I'm hosting dinner for my concert buddy, my crazy rock 'n' roll aunt and Susan (I still need to come up with an alias for her). After that we are going to see Wilco!!! It's going to be a very fun night.

Wilco was fantastic! Jeff Tweedy seemed in a really good mood and was chatting up the audience a lot. And the music, well, it was just unbelievably good. Very rocking night, I loved it!

Now we are off to see Robert Randolph and The Family Band. It's going to be another rocking night. I love this band!

Liz, maybe you will get pulled up on stage with Randolph, lol, I am remembering seeing him and his band at the Stone Pony...there is one song (forget the name) where he wants the girls to come up on stage to dance. Well, some guys my sister and I got talking to before the show told us they were going to lift us up there.....didn't think they would...they did!!! Great music!!!

Beth...Robert was pulling people up on stage to play guitar...no chance that would be me!!! What a great set, though. I just love him.

There are two local acts at the festival today that I would like to see. But I'm enjoying a relaxing day at home right now. All the company is gone and I'm still in my jammies, listening to music. Plus, it will be very hot and humid today. Not sure what I'll do!!

Supposed to happen about 2pm, but it's almost 2 and the WD didn't even leave the house to get her part done, so it's gonna be a lot later. Big surprize, i wonder why I keep doing these things. Stick a fork in me, I'm done.
