LizzieB 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2011 Not much, really. We went out for breakfast, then to the coffee shop where we played games on the iPad for over an hour. What a life. Wish every day could be this way!

Patty Petty 9 Report post Posted April 25, 2011 Well, let's see. I did all my dirty laundry this weekend (yeah, I know, I know, on my birthday weekend). It wasn't much, just one big load. I got it done quick! Today I am going to go to our local farmer's market and get some fresh veggies. I'll work out. Followed by walking the puppies. Cook dinner and then maybe watch a movie tonight. SingsInFrench 262 Report post Posted April 25, 2011 My student has a flare-up of gout, so I didn't have a tutoring lesson today, so instead I think I'll give my doggies a bath. Since they've been spending more time outside, they're a little bit smelly. Then I'll take a nice long walk. It's beautiful out today. Then to the grocery store to get something to make for dinner. Maybe I'll think of something to cook on my walk. I'm out of ideas.
nurktwin 2,143 Report post Posted April 25, 2011 ^ here's a quick idea, when at the store, pick up some rye bread, green onions and a pound of beef pastrami at the lunch meat counter. when you get home, heat up the pastrami in a frying pan with a little oil. pile the hot pastrami between 2 slices of rye bread for a hot sandwich with green onions on the side. AndreaM 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2011 Print out a copy of my little short story to send to my friend, Tybie. Then take some pics to add to the letter already ready to go. She's reclusive, and doesn't like to talk on the phone, so we write letters. Take a shower. Hubby and I are going to the mall to have our rings cleaned and inspected at the jeweler's, and maybe buy me some leather wristbands. We're also supposed to find a still-open Charlie Brown's and have prime rib and pina coladas for my belated birthday dinner. Maybe make a few phone calls. AndreaM 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2011 Confront my father and try to figure out what the hell he was thinking. He's free to hire the neighbor across the street if he's going to harrass my husband about the stupid grass. Maybe clean the s*** imbedded in the carpet Dad left there months ago; I actually dragged the cleaner out of the cellar this morning. Kinda makes the lawn unimportant, but the neighbors can't SEE that! Get on with my life. Mail that letter to Tybie. If it doesn't rain, I might take a walk. Nap Go to work
