Refugee 7 Report post Posted February 23, 2008 How soundly do you sleep? Do you sleep through thunderstorms, or do you wake up at the tiniest creak?

Marion 1,411 Report post Posted February 23, 2008 I sleep pretty sound most nights. Noises don't wake me up but my own mind does. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night thinking I'm late for something or I forgot to do something and I leap out of bed and I'm out in the living room in a flash, heart pounding trying to figure out what I forgot. It's very aggravating. I don't know why I do that. I think I need a psychiatrist.

It's very aggravating. I don't know why I do that. I think I need a psychiatrist. If you need a psychiatrist, can I come with you? I do the exact same thing. It's like my mind won't shut off. I'm also always looking for my cat, who sometimes like to sit on my keyboard or knock something over. I think the only time I sleep soundly is when I take Nyquil...
