It's not the same, you are right, but I have a different sort of pride now, watching her become a nice young woman who is making it in the world today. Which we both know, is not easy. But...very glad I got all the comforters, bed spreads, sheets, dust ruffles, pillow shams and everything else washed and cleaned.
