^ Oh man, Marion, I do, too! Our phone went out last week from the storm. The DSL was still on but not the phone. We called...and called...and they kept saying they would fix it that day. Five days it took. Even called the BPU....a Verizon person did get back to us to apologize and give me a new number to call if and when I ever need it. It should just not take that long....:085:

^^ That is why I left Verizon for internet and phone service and went to Comcast. Not that they are perfect either, but I have better customer service from Comcast than I did with Verizon.

But...as for cell phone service, Verizon rules out here, AT&T or other companies that use GSM, suck.

I hate that the people who "clean" (using that term loosely) the office just let their grandchild play with toys and stuff. It's not so much her playing with them, it's not putting them back where they belong! uggh!

I also hate worrying so much that I'm kinda sick to my stomach...

I hate that no one told my brother the elderly woman across the street passed away. She was 94 years old and just a few months ago they moved her into an assisted living place. He's known her for 25 yrs. and is upset that her son or SOMEONE didn't tell him. I can't say I blame him. :085:

I hate that I failed to set my ringtone for messages to mute. I was soo embarrassed when it rang and half the office heard Weird Al's singing "You have a voice message..." . I thought I had fixed the problem, but did I? No... I had the phone in a drawer and everyone could still hear it! lol

I hate the sad news this morning. One of the newly rescued orphaned elephants had passed away at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Sagala....but now another one, Mawenzi, has just passed away. These babies are truly fragile. It is not just the physical that plays a part in their getting better..it is the mental and emotional scars they come with. Some have just seen too much....my heart and prayers are with them all in Nairobi now....
