Right now, if a wife has an affair, and has a child, her husband is ordered to pay support and raise said child, even though it is not his. If he does not, he is put in jail. In laymen terms, Michigan is a "cuckolding" state. For those who do not know what that is you can find it the term in the internet's encyclopedia. Once you'll read that, you will know why our state flag features to deer buck's going at it with their antlers. I've tried to get a response from my governor, but her office refuses to answer, other than to explain to me how laws become laws. Even though I wasn't asking her to change the law, I just wanted to know if she thought it was right. All the politicians that I've contacted have so far, skipped around answering the question. Its like abortion, they all do some kind of dance, instead of stating what they believe. I raised a child for 22 years until I was told that there had been a "mistake". I'm not asking for much, just that if someone fraud's another person, I believe the person who did the frauding should not be able to keep the money. I also believe that if a person lies on a witness stand, they should be prosecuted for perjury. I feel the state needs to return the child support that I paid, plus interest. My state took money and provisions from my real daughter, and gave it to theirs. If I had not gotten custody, I would've been paying out even more, as my ex married the child's real father. See I told you I was obsessed !! But then again, was Martin Luther King obsessed with his goal ? So far the state's response has been, that it sounds like fraud was commited, but look at it this way, you had the joy of raising the other child. I got two 6th row tickets for less money than ONE dream ticket. crazy.. but on the other hand look at some other bands pricing. maybe we should be thankful?
