Bigsby Question

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for a Bigsby that will fit a Gibson LP and an EPI Casino. I want the one that has the V cutout and made in America. I want Chrome color (Aluminum) that is model B3C, but if I remember right there are 2. One has a pointed end for wider bodies and the other a cut off end for thin body guitars. Check out this B3C and let me know if this will work on both the Casino and LP.  I'll most likely get a "Vibramate" adapter so I don't have to drill any holes.

Nurk - from what I can remember, the B7 is the Bigsby that most use for both the Epiphone Casino and Gibson Les Paul.  I wouldn't think the B3 is right for either one, but I'm no expert on fitting a Bigsby.  I only have one, and it's on a Gretsch Chet Atkins.  I rarely play that guitar, and even more rarely touch the Bigsby.  But do you really want a Gretsch branded Bigsby on an Epiphone or Gibson guitar?

I just like the Bigsby with the V cutout the best and all of that model seem to say "Gretsch by Bigsby". That's the Bigsby that is on my 1964 Gretsch Chet Atkins Country Gentleman that is double cut and dark walnut stain like George Harrison's.
