So I made a modified version of this just now, I'm not a big fan of spicy so instead I added less of some spice and added some curie. I will admit I made more than the 1 can of each and bonked the amount of canola oil too high for the cinnamon sugar half and added too much oil so I had to cook them closer to 45 min. I can say for sure my wife loves them! I had a wonky pallet so I cant taste too much just yet but they seem good... :D

  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

  • not so Spicy Garlic
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. curie
  • 1/8 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
