Preorder now!

Recommended Posts

New from Vox at the summer NAMM show and available in August, 2018. A 25 watt @ 8 ohms mini Beetle (spelled with 2 E's) stack amp. Built in tremolo and reverb, 10 inch Celestion speaker and chrome stand included. Nearly 2 foot tall, 13 inches wide and 7 inches deep. I'm going to call Sweetwater Monday morning and preorder one. They are selling for $330!!! The 1st video below is a 1 minute clip from Reverb.com. The 2nd link is to Sweetwater to learn more about the amp and preorder.

Hmmm.....tempting.  I'm not big on solid state amps, but that does look cute. I guess it does have a pre-amp tube though. I like the chrome stand, and I don't mind the digital reverb.  I use a reverb pedal most of the time already.  But I think I have this sonic territory covered with my AC15TBX.

A lot of choices - for a lot of prices.  It depends on what you want from the pedal.  That Wampler is $250 with plenty of knobs to spin and buttons to push.  As I said, I have the Boss TR-2.  One button and 2 knobs, and gives me what I need - and for a lot less money than some others.  But if you want the very best, buy an early 60's brownface Princeton.  Legendary trem on those.
