Amber 70 Report post Posted January 27, 2014 I agree! PBS is about the only channel that has anything worth watching anymore.
Mikeyt 136 Report post Posted January 27, 2014 Yes, I love PBS esp. Downton Abbey and Call the Midwife. I pretty much like anything on Masterpiece. They have the best series! We don't get that channel over here but Call the Midwife was on last night. My wife loves that, but I quietly leave the room.

HeartbreakerFan 27 Report post Posted January 29, 2014 I also love Downton Abbey and often watch Austin City Limits. When my PBS carried them, I would watch As Time Goes By, Keeping Up Appearances, and Have You Been Served? every week.
TomFest 576 Report post Posted January 29, 2014 Antiques Roadshow, and Sherlock Holmes most recently. But I often will stop and take a look at PBS to see what's on.

Liberty 191 Report post Posted February 2, 2014 If I actually ever turn on the tv, that's really the only channels I look at. I love PBS programming. Very good stuff. We have three sets of channels. Some of them are showing the same things, but we get 5 "PBS16" channels, 4 "PBS14" channels and 3 "CET48" channels. Love it. Everything from world news, to the British shows they play like Sherlock and Doc Martin, to documentaries and the like.
Rick 156 Report post Posted February 2, 2014 We used to have the "E Chip," which prevented anything education coming over our TV. But now that the kids are grown, we enjoy PBS. We watch "Downton Abbey" every week and are HUGE fans of SHERLOCK!!!!
Liberty 191 Report post Posted February 3, 2014 Sherlock is the BEST! ^ I'm very partial to CBS's "Elementary" as well... but nothing beats Sherlock!
