nurktwin 2,143 Report post Posted January 23, 2014 It's a new day, so a new supper!! Getting beef cut up to make beef veggie soup since its still cold outside. Not sure what else to make or just have soup alone.
Amber 70 Report post Posted January 24, 2014 Susan..they are a small light green/whitish pea that is grown locally. I "put up" as we say down here about 2 bushels last summer. They are a wonderful dish for a cold winter's day. They are very delicate and have a slight buttery taste.
