The Wise DJ 3 Report post Posted October 19, 2013 It is quite rare that an Italian does not like pasta and spaghetti particulary, in each of our districts there are dozens and dozens of recipes of all kinds, I like very much with the seafood, the "carbonara", or simply with tomato sauce and basil, all classic recipes but delicious. Liberty 191 Report post Posted October 22, 2013 Yes, but not very often. And very good spaghetti. None of that silly Ragu. Lots of beef, mmm some basil in the sauce and a good strong tomato flavor... a really good Greek salad+lots of feta cheese, and warm soft lightly toasted bread with butter and garlic... and most of all... a hot/warm plate that's been in the oven, because spaghetti gets cold WAY too fast!
