I take vitamin D daily since I cannot absorb it naturally. I take a muti (love those chewable ones) and some biotin (for hair and nails - since mine tends to be a little brittle).

I think it's a good idea for kids to take a multi vitamin after seeing the way my grandchildren eat! Most the time they eat like birds or not at all and yet they have all of this crazy energy. What the heck? I never had that problem when I was a kid. I liked just about everything! Well, maybe that is a problem. hahaha!

Me too Marion! I take vitamins now because I realize metabolism is connected to having the correct amount of vitamins and minerals. I do not take iron since I do not need it though. We all are on the go so much nowadays...and even though I try to eat a balanced meal each day....a vitamin evens out whatever I miss.
