agirl 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2013 A few months ago I saw a friends husbands band play at a local club. This Friday a bunch of us are going to see a TPATH tribute band play locally. SingsInFrench 262 Report post Posted May 4, 2013 (edited) I saw Jackson Browne w/ Sara Watkins, and Bonnie Raitt w/ Mavis Staples in Milwaukee this past fall/winter. I can't remember the dates, or which one was most recent. Both concerts were wonderful, and the openers were great too! Tomorrow night Nick and I are seeing one of the musicians from Bon Iver in a solo gig. Bon Iver won best new artist at the Grammys last year. The band members went to UW-Eau Claire, which is where Nick went too. I'm excited to see some home-grown musicians!
