I don't think I'll ever spend that much again, but I wanted my wife and kids to experience a Tom Petty concert up close and personal. And they will never forget that night. We were annoyed through the whole show by drunks in the front row (we were in 2nd). It wasn't worth it!! If I can get relatively good seats for regular price, I will go. I will not pay premium for seats where I am unable to see because of idiots who ruin the show for others. Security is useless at these shows nowadays. I'd probably only be willing to pay 100 - 150 now for something decent. Now, if it were a Vic type show or something, I may pay more like 200 - 250.
