Question of the day 8/2/12

I try not to snack at night. But when I inevitably give in, I grab a small bowl of spoon-size Shredded Wheat and grapes, with a little bit of almond milk. Might sound boring, but I've had to give up Cheetos and pop corn for the sake of my health. Mmmmmm......Cheetos.......
