When is the last time you cut your grass?

I would say about 15 years ago. I don't cut grass. My dad made me do it as a kid and I REFUSE to mow a lawn now. That's what Mr. DCAHNM is for. Besides, there was supposed to be an amendment to our wedding vows that I am NOT to operate a lawnmower or cut grass--EVER!

As for the last time the grass was cut, it was a couple of days ago. After 2 weeks of not cutting it, there was so much grass, you could have gotten a good couple of square bales of hay from our backyard alone! lol

Thursday of last week. Won't likely get to mow this week....too much water on the ground thanks to tropical storm Debby. It will be rough when it dries out enough to do it. We have 3 yards to mow. When I say "yard", I am talking 2 acres or more here in the sticks. It takes both of us to get it done.

It's been years....maybe 20 or 25 years. When we moved out of an apartment and into a home, we discovered that I'm basically allergic to nature. I was spending as much on antibiotics each months as it would cost for a lawn service. So we opted for the lawn service.

Well, I've lived in an apartment for 6 years (no grass to cut) and am buying a house (grass to cut.) Just got a quote for $32/cut - 1x every 7 days - $128 per month. Is that a fairly normal rate?

I live in an apartment..so no grass cutting here. Plus I am VERY allergic to fresh cut grass so either way that aint gonna happen!

I don't cut grass now. That's what the gardener is for, lol. But years ago back in the 80's, Otto and I use to cut and maintain our own landscape.
