surfnburn 5 Report post Posted November 25, 2007 I had a salad and Amy's Thai Coconut Soup. I added finely chopped peanuts to the soup which I think made it a little Vietnamese. One of my favorite San Francisco restaurants used to cook it that way. Nancy, you might like this. It's veggie... The soups are great! I bought it at my local health food store. I often buy that brand of frozen dinners. They have it in my regular supermarket, in the "gourmet" section, which really means "expensive". LOL The food is well worth the extra money though!
