Rick 156 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 It's too easy to say JFK, but I was a freshman in high school when he died and not too politically formed yet. I'm going to pick Bill Clinton, who I still admire.
DCAHNM 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 My favorite president is Gerald Ford, I was born (on his birthday) during his time in office. I also admire Ronald Reagan (from what I remember...I was a child). I don't really care for any of the presidents we've had since my adulthood.
weird monkey 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 Bill Clinton. Personality aside, our country was in better shape when he left office than when he came in, which is pretty much a president's job.
WildflowerNJ 136 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 JFK.....I wish I had known more about him then but I was only 8 when he died....I remember being in the little Library downstairs in my school when the news came of the loudspeaker...
WildflowerNJ 136 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 Okay, thinking more of this question....what I do know of the way they governed, I would pick Bill Clinton. I have his (and President Obama's) photos in this little den. President Clinton sent me a letter and photo of his dog, Buddy, and I framed both
LizzieB 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 It's a tie between Reagan and Clinton. I know, opposites in some ways. But I think they both left the country/world better off than when they started.
Szafira 62 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 I choose polish president Aleksander Kwaśniewski. He served twice and he was best president so far. My parents gave me his name .
TomFest 576 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 Right - I guess we need to specify which country we're talking about. For the United States, my pick is John F. Kennedy. I was a young child when he was in office, but the impact of his presidency was far reaching and remains to this day.
SingsInFrench 262 Report post Posted February 5, 2012 JFK, even though I was a baby when he was killed. Also Bill Clinton.

kelly 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2012 Bill Clinton! I actually got to meet him in December and it was an awesome experience. I was able to go to college and pay for my education because of the Federal Direct Student Loan program he signed into law - I'll never forget that.
