DCAHNM 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2011 We'd always go to my grandparents' house (in the same town) for a turkey dinner (at lunchtime) and presents. Amber 70 Report post Posted December 25, 2011 There are several......probably back when we all went to my grandmother's house and had lots of food and fun playing football with my cousins and my Uncle Lee. I remember a few times when we all helped Mom decorate the tree that were special. Mom, my aunts and uncles and grandparents and all are gone now, so those are the memories I cherish most. SingsInFrench 262 Report post Posted December 26, 2011 I just always LOVED the Christmas tree. I thought it was absolutely the most beautiful thing ever! My mom had green and blue colored balls one year and blue lights with blue and green tinsel garland. Wow, did I love that tree! I would beg to be able to sleep under the tree in my sleeping bag. I wanted some records and when I saw what looked like an album wrapped and under the tree, I opened it early and listened to it - then re-wrapped and had to look surprised at Christmas.
