nurktwin 2,143 Report post Posted December 9, 2011 We've always have ham on Christmas day, but the last 10 years I also cook a smoked turkey, so we have both. The smoked turkey is fully cooked and only needs heated and cut up and is a welcome change to a roasted turkey that we just ate for 2 weeks for Thanksgiving!!!
