Question of the Day - 12/26/10

Recommended Posts

Yes. I normally blame the cat, who wakes me at sunrise, but while I have been gone, I still get up at the same time, albeit in the corresponding time zone. So I am 'sleeping in' until 8 or 8:30, but it it still 6:30 back home. Doesn't seem to matter when I go to bed, but I usually need a 'catch up' nap during the day.

Sometimes. It depends on the weather and my mood. If it's cooler, I tend to get up early so I can get things done. I have MORE energy this time of year.

When it's hot and or humid, like summer, I can sleep the whole day. I HATE summer, so I would rather hibernate and pretend the day isn't happening.

If I wake up before I've had 7 or 8 hours, I go back to sleep. I can do that since I wear ear plugs and an eye mask. If I don't have those on, I'm wide awake at first light no matter how late I stay up.

Yes I do, on ocassion. And, it's really strange because there seems to be no rhyme nor reason to it. It's mostly at home though. I don't really sleep in that much except for when I'm on vacation, particularly visiting friends. I always seem to sleep much better away from home. I think it has to do with my cats harassing me during the night, lol.
