conmae 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2010 20 would be ideal, but that isn't going to happen anytime soon.:053:
DCAHNM 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2010 I voted 25... I say that, because according to Wii Fit Plus, I should lose about 35 pounds. But, it also states that I have a body like someone 25 years older than my age, lol... So I'm not sure what to think.
wild1forever 152 Report post Posted December 13, 2010 None, but I do want to make sure I maintain this weight. I definitely cannot eat as much as I used to.

Echosoftom 3 Report post Posted December 13, 2010 I need to lose about 60 more pounds to reach my goal weight.
AndreaM 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2010 I really don't need to lose any. What extra I thought I had disappeared during the 2+ months my dad was in a rehab facility for a broken shoulder. Hubby and I got to live alone for the first time ever, and the first time since we got married in 2007, and we hardly bought (or ate) any food, since Dad's the big eater in the family. I really do need to exercise, though, more for anxiety control and overall health, but I have the worst time getting into it.

Beamish 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2010 It wouldn't hurt me to lose 10- 20 pounds.
Magnolia 171 Report post Posted December 14, 2010 Though things have definitely shifted, I still weigh pretty much the same as I did 25 years ago, so I'll be happy with that. I really enjoy exercise, so that's probably why.
