When the judging doesn't go my way I've been known to call up one of my kids (who I know are probably watching it, too) and screaming CAN YOU BELIEVE MONDO IS OUT?? WTF?! TV programming is so bad these days; I've often thought about tossing my TV out a window or something. I'd be a little concerned if the guy had hostility and/or psychiatric issues. However, he also pulled the gun on his wife and ended up in an all-night standoff with a SWAT team. Janice Cowan told investigators her husband left the living room and reappeared 20 minutes later with his shotgun, "raging" with his face bright red, and blasted the TV.
