Amber 70 Report post Posted November 14, 2010 No. I don't think John wanted to. He wasn't keen on reliving the past.
nurktwin 2,143 Report post Posted November 14, 2010 i said probably, cuz John has been gone 30 years and the Beatles have been gone 40 years. that's a lot of time to get over and heal things. i don't think it would have been anything permanent, but maybe get together now and then to record something together. i think its safe to say they would never do a tour. but it sure would have been nice to get a new Beatle album every christmas for the past 40 years!!! here's a question for you, if the Beatles were alive and well and still recording, would todays music be different (non Beatle music)? or would the Beatles still be the trend setters and everyone follow and try to imitate them? Refugee 7 Report post Posted November 14, 2010 I have no idea if they would have or not. I would like to believe they would have, maybe not long term, but like Led Zep did recently, a one time thing.
