My favourite memories of New Years Eve is when I lived in England and a ton of us friends all just meeting down the local pub which was always packed on New Years Eve. It was great fun, the drinks would be flowing, half the time they were free! Ahhhh those were the days my friend.

I tell you what's a worry. I never get a hangover these days. Now if that isn't a sign I should book into Betty's I don't know what is!

I'm a bit tired too. But then, I'm never exactly a ball of fire lol.

We've had a few conversations on IM? We have? What type of instant message do you use and what name do you go under? I'm sorry, I don't remember any Instant Message conversations, mind you, I am pretty old and I'm becoming feeble minded. I know you recently emailed me and I replied regarding info about our meetings with Tom and I declined to discuss it. HAHA and Patty is SO right. I'm no Cheerleader lol. I'm a cumudgeon. I'm sure there are very many people out there that would snort and giggle at the thought of me - the old cynical misery being a Cheerleader lol. But I have loved TPATH for many years, it's true and I've lobbied a long time to get him back to Canada for a show. Luckily he did come back the summer before last. Patty and I both went to the show, it was great. Did you go to that show? There are other Canadians out there who are fans, and actually quite alot in the GTA area.

I haven't been out for New Years Eve in about 30 years! We always stay home. Son is going out though. I find New Years Eve incredibly depressing. I hit a low on New Years Eve and don't seem to fully emerge from it until the Spring. I'm sure a psychiatrist could make something of that.

I think Americans are running out of reasons to sue people over, getting desperate now.

I confess to feeling a bit down.

3 Times for turkey. Love it How many books did you get this Christmas, if any?

Stayed at my grandparents house in the country Picked berries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries etc Rode all over the village on my bike. Can you think of 3 days of the year that you don't like?

Oh my vision is very bad. I've had to wear glasses since the age of 11. Without glasses I can only clearly see about 30 feet in front of me, after that it's a blur. And actually if things are more than about 10 feet away I can't read anything that may be written - ie a sign post or building number.

I'm afraid thats very much how I feel nowadays as well Ref. I got very taken a couple of times before and now I'm very wary.

A dozen or so. How many boxes of chocolates did you receive over the holidays?

I've not had any problems.

I'll make the same old ones as usual like I do every year.

No TPATH stuff here this Christmas, but I have everything. Nothing left to get.
