Not always....but living so close to Wisconsin, I end up having a fish fry very often on Fridays.

I can't have grapefruit or grapefruit juice anymore, as it interacts with some pills that I have to take.

It was, indeed, a wonderful day. Much like Christmas and Thanksgiving, I was struck by how truly fortunate anyone with friends and family is. Without them, it's just another day. Thank you all for your greetings....although I've never met any of you, it makes me feel warm towards you all.

1. What's one thing you hoped to do "one day?" Go to Australia and New Zealand 2. Are you striving towards doing it? No. With Linda's sight impairment, our sightseeing days are over. 3. Has anyone inspired you to want to do this? No. Just a dream. 4. Name a song that inspires you. Jimmy Cliff's "You Can't Get It If You Really Want" 5. Have YOU ever inspired someone to do something? Yes. My greatest joys on the job came from encouraging people to find their real niche and seeing them accomplish it. 6. Tell us about that if you answered yes to the above question. I once had a guy who worked for me who did a terrible job, but was an artist on the weekends. I told him to spend more time on his art. Today he's a full time artist, moved back to the town where his daughter lives, and is pretty happy.

Ah, the joys of having a birthday....got to sleep until 10:30 and the phone hasn't stopped ringing. Just got off the phone with our friends from England. Thanks for the greetings, everyone!!!!!!!!

I love the country, away from any perceived sense of rushing (that you usually get from other drivers who are impatient).

I'm going to try to do as little as possible. It's been a long week. I'll probably do some cleaning, sit by the fireplace. Sunday is my birthday, so we're going out for dinner.
