Nope....just turned on my computer, so the last thing I copied yesterday is no longer available to paste.

I voted for politicians, especially those who vote against the other party for no better reason than to keep their plans from succeeding, regardless of the merit.

One of my best friends from high school is a writer and he did a reading from his latest book at a small, comfortable wine shop. Had a great time.

I pretty much got caught when I was young. Taught me to be honest....not because it was the right thing to do, but because I was to dumb to get away with things.

I'm going to do absolutely nothing today except read and watch a movie or two on TV. Been so busy lately, I think I've earned a day off.

Today's poll made me so hungry that I drove to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and bought two pies....blackberry/raspberry and apple crumb.

I love "Homeland" so far. And "Freaks and Geeks" was another favorite. Speaking of which, Linda Cardellini was on the latest episode of "Person of Interest."

I don't eat dessert often, but am a sucker for a good piece of pie.

Not my favorite, but I loved "Rubicon" and would have liked to see more.

I hated high school, and it hated me. I imagine that they're all in nursing homes now.

1. When did you last get lost? I'm always lost. 2. When you are lost, do you stop and ask for directions? I have a GPS, so I don't usually have that problem. 3. Someone else who is lost, stops and asks YOU for directions. Are you good at directing them? Not always. 4. Do you have a map in your car? Yep...Illinois and Wisconsin. 5. Are you good at reading maps? Somewhat. 6. When you're lost and the radio is on, do you have to turn it down or off so that you can concentrate? Yes.

Always. We usually do a family dinner out, which is always a treat.
